Q2. How much is postage and packaging?
Answer – Pure Prayer Cushions/Pure Nation Cushions are beautifully packaged and sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery within the UK - cost for postage and packaging is £5.50 per Prayer Cushion.
Pure Prayer Journals are presented boxed and sent by Royal Mail - cost for postage and packaging is only £2.50 per Prayer Journal.
Q3. Can I return my Prayer Cushion if I change my mind about the colours and/or the Inspirational Phrase or Nation I have chosen?
Answer – No, due to the very nature of this unique product, that is, you are choosing an Inspirational Phrase/Nation to inspire yourself or someone you love, colours to coordinate with your personal decor and a Text Style that you like. So it is unlikely that if we took back returns that we would be able to sell it on because someone else might like the Inspirational Phrase/Nation, but the colours are all wrong etc etc.
Q4. Can you help me with choosing the colours?
Answer – There are many ways to choose, but to keep it simple it may be easiest to choose a sharp contrast eg. Ivory Leather Prayer Cushion with Chocolate or Black thread for the text or Burgundy Crushed Taffeta Prayer Cushion with Off-White thread for the text. There are some example Prayer Cushion images in various areas around the site - have a look around you and you might get some ideas!
Q5. What is the standard delivery time?
Answer – Unless your order is a stock item, it is made to order, so please allow 28 days for delivery in the UK, but we aim to provide the item within 21 days. Please note that we cannot be held responsible at any time for any delays in deliveries by third parties eg Royal Mail Postal Services
Q6. Can the product be shipped Internationally?
Answer – Yes, but please allow extra time between 4-6 weeks. Please note that we cannot be held responsible at any time for any delays in deliveries by third parties eg Royal Mail Postal Services
Q7. What payment methods are available?
Full Payment must be received for all orders prior to an order being processed.
UK Customers - "Paypal" or "Cheque" are the only payment options available. The cheque payment option is available only to UK customers - please allow 10 days for cheques to clear through the banking system. Orders will be processed after the cheque has cleared.
International Customers - "Paypal" is the only payment option available.

How do I order a Pure Nation Cushion?
To order a Pure Nation Cushion you need to order a Prayer Cushion in the normal way. That is,
On the Cushion Order Page
Select the Fabric that you require
On the Choose Your Cushion Page
- Select the Fabric Colour you require
- Select an Inspirational Phrase (this is so that you will pay the correct amount)
- Select the Embroidery Text Style
- Select the Embroidery Thread Colour
On the “You have chosen page” and the “Cart page”
Confirm that you have the correct fabric, fabric colour, embroidery text style and embroidery colour and that you have an Inspirational Phrase and the With Phrase Cost
Checkout
Complete your personal details as usual for an internet purchase, but note the following
On the Checkout Page that shows “Discount Code” and “Comments (optional questions about your order”
In the Comments box enter the Nation or City you require for the UK or any other Nation using upto 25 characters including spaces.
Complete the Checkout process with your method of payment by cheque or credit/debit card via Paypal.
On the Order Confirmation Page
Check that the UK Nation or City or other Nation required is shown in the Comments together with the other details then click the Confirm Order button.
Your order will be processed and sent to you with the chosen UK Nation/City or other Nation shown in the Comments Box when payments have been cleared.
